Liebenzeller Mission

Theological education and world missions have always been closely linked in Bad Liebenzell. 100 years ago, Hilda von Diest donated a large area to Liebenzell Mission on the condition that “missionary trainees“ would be equipped as long as the mission existed. This meant theology students who, after their training, would be sent as missionaries all over the world. This principle still applies today. In recent years, the number of our students has risen rapidly. Young people are the decision makers of tomorrow. That is why we rely on them. The International University of Applied Sciences Liebenzell and the Intercultural Theological Academy train young adults – for mission, community and social services all over the world.
